Mr. Harvey has over 25 years of broad based human resources experience in corporate, field, and consulting environments. He has provided human resource and employee counseling support at all levels and in many functional areas such as R & D, transportation, marketing, finance, planning, information systems, legal, aviation, healthier, environmental, and mining. His consulting has focused on employee selection, development of behavioral selection guides for management, corporate restructuring, training needs analysis and outplacement.
Steve has designed corporate recruiting programs for technical, financial, and operations functions. His experience in corporate downswing includes corporate reorganizations, internal placement, outplacement, training managers in employee terminations, legal compliance, and employee counseling. He also has extensive experience in industrial relations including labor-management cooperation programs, labor contract negotiations, and with union-free operations.
Steve was born in Indiana, holds a B.A. degree in Psychology from Wabash College, and attended graduate business school at Indiana University prior to his relocation to Southern California in 1977.
